We are recruiting!
We are the Center on Brain Injury Research & Training (CBIRT) at the University of Oregon. We’re working with Texas A&M University-San Antonio on this study. We’re trying to learn about why kids with brain injury/concussion struggle when they return to school and what things might help them.
We're looking for Parents / Primary Caregivers, Students (10-17), Educators / Childcare Providers and Healthcare Providers in Bexar County, TX or the surrounding area to take a 10-15 minute survey regarding the services and accommodations beneficial for young children or students returning to childcare or school after a brain injury or concussion.

We are looking for...
Healthcare providers
We are looking for Healthcare providers in Bexar County, TX or the surrounding area to complete an online survey (about 10 minutes) about the types of services and accommodations they believe would be beneficial when a young child or student returns to childcare or school following a brain injury/concussion.
We will mail you a $20 gift card after you complete the online survey.
Educators and Childcare Providers
We are looking for Childcare providers (daycare, preschool, early intervention) or school staff (educator, administrator, school psychologist, school nurse, paraeducator) in Bexar County, TX or the surrounding area to complete an online survey (about 10 minutes) about services young children and students with brain injuries/concussions receive when they return to childcare or school after their injury.
We will send you a $10 gift card after you complete the online survey.
Parents and Primary Caregivers
We are looking for Primary caregivers of children aged 0–21 who sustained a brain injury/concussion in the past 3 years and live (or receive childcare/education or healthcare services) in Bexar County, TX or the surrounding area to complete an online survey (about 15 minutes) about their child’s brain injury/concussion.
We will mail you a $20 gift card after you complete the online survey.
Students (10-17)
We are looking for Parents/Guardians of student aged 10-17 who sustained a brain injury/concussion in the past 3 years and live in Bexar County, TX or the surrounding area? Will you give your permission for them to complete an online survey about their brain injury/concussion?.
We will mail them a $20 gift card after you complete the online survey.
